Refund Policy - the basics

At Roadrunners Rescue, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable service. Due to the labor-intensive nature of our work, services cannot be undone once completed. For this reason, refunds are not available after services have been fully rendered.

We encourage all customers to ask questions and ensure they are comfortable with the scope of work prior to service. Approval of service and payment indicates your understanding and acceptance of the work to be performed

While we take great care in every job, by proceeding with service you acknowledge that roadrunners Rescue is not responsible for any unforeseen issues or damages that may arise during or after the service process.
